RESULTS ARE OUT! – The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) announced on Friday, December 19, 2025 that 17,403 out of 47,537 (36.61%) passed the October 2025 Philippine National Police entrance (PNPE) and promotional examinations (PROMEX).
The examinations were administered on October 19, 2025 (Sunday) in designated testing centers nationwide.
Based on NAPOLCOM results pages, 14,438 out of 40,869 (35.33%) passed the PNPE while 2,965 out of 6,668 (44.47%) passed the PROMEX.

The eligibility conferred upon passing the PNPE Examination is one of the requirements for appointment in the PNP as a Patrolman/Patrolwoman, while passing the corresponding promotional examination is a requirement for promotion to a higher rank.
The Promotional Examinations are open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility.
The three-hour examination for PNP entrance exam consists of objective-type and multiple choice items on general information, verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning and logical reasoning.
The promotional examinations, also in 3 hours, include general information, police administration and operations, and police customs and tradition/values and ethical standards.
