MANILA, Philippines – The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) will release results of the October 2025 Philippine National Police Entrance Exam (PNPE) in December 2025, two (2) months after the tests.

On Thursday, December 4, NAPOLCOM prepared the results pages of the October 2025 PNP regular exams, including PNPE and promotional exams.

NAPOLCOM said 40,869 tried to hurdle the PNPE exams on October 19, 2025 (Sunday) in at least 37 examination centers across the country.

This entrance exam serves as the qualifying test for the entry-level rank of Patrolman and Patrolwoman in the PNP.

The agency also conducted the Promotional Exams (PROMEX) to 6,668 police personnel on the same date and test centers.

Where to find the NAPOLCOM exam results?

NAPOLCOM said the list of passers for PNPE and PromEx will be posted at the One-Stop-Shop (NOSS), 7th floor, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, NAPOLCOM Building, Quezon City.

In addition, a regional list will also be posted in all NAPOLCOM Regional Offices.

Once available, The Summit Express will update this site for complete results of the October 2025 NAPOLCOM exams.

PNPE coverage of exams

Examinees were challenged in a three-hour test from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at their designated examination center.

PNPE Passing Score

Examinees must obtain score of at least 70% in order to pass the PNP Entrance exam.

About the PNP Entrance exams

This examination is open to qualified civilians aged 21 to 30 on the day of the examination and who hold a bachelor’s degree, as well as Patrolmen and Patrolwomen with temporary appointments due to lack of appropriate eligibility.

Here's complete list of qualifications:

  • Filipino Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Not more than 30 years old
  • Must be at least one meter and fifty-seven centimeters (1.57m) in height for males and one meter and fifty-two centimeters (1.52m) for females

Examinees who passed the PNP exam are conferred with police eligibility required for appointment to the rank of Patrolman/Patrolwoman.

Previous Examinations

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has consistently released the results of its examinations within two (2) months after the tests. Below is a summary of the recent examination results:

April 2025 NAPOLCOM Exams: Out of 42,499 examinees, 13,464 successfully passed, posting an overall passing rate of 33.80%. Of this total, 8,288 examinees passed the PNP Entrance Examination (26.56% of 31,202 civilian and Patrolmen/Patrolwomen examinees), while 5,176 in-service police officers passed the Promotional Examinations, registering a 59.93% success rate from 8,637 examinees.

November 2024 NAPOLCOM Exams: Results were released after two months, with 13,233 passers out of 44,436 examinees, translating to an overall passing rate of 29.78%. This includes 10,426 out of 36,386 passers of the PNP Entrance Exam (28.65%) and 2,807 out of 8,050 passers of the Promotional Exams (34.87%).
