MANILA, Philippines – The October 2025 NAPOLCOM exam results, including the complete list of passers and top 20, for promotional examination (Police Officer 1st Class Examination for Police Major and Police Lieutenant Colonel) will be released in December 2025, within two (2) months after the exams.
NAPOLCOM administered the promotional exams to 6,668 police personnel on October 19, 2025 (Sunday). in designated testing centers nationwide.

Coverage of Exams
The multiple-choice promotional examinations include general information, police administration and operations, and police customs and tradition/values and ethical standards.
It is open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility.
Those who passed the promotional exam shall be conferred eligibilities appropriate for promotion to the ranks corresponding to the examination's Eligibility Rank Coverage (ERC).
Previous Examination
For the April 2025 NAPOLCOM exams, results were released two (2) months after the testing period, with 5,176 out of 8,637 candidates (59.93%) passing the Promotional Exams.
Meanwhile, the November 2024 examinations also posted results within two (2) months. Out of 8,050 examinees, 2,807 (34.87%) successfully passed.
The June 2024 cycle followed the same two-month release timeline, recording 4,788 passers out of 11,828 examinees (40.48%).
For the December 2023 NAPOLCOM exams, results took nearly three (3) months to be published. A total of 5,021 out of 8,732 in-service police officers passed, representing a 57.50% passing rate.
Availability of Results
The Nationwide list of PNPE and PromEx passers will be posted at the One-Stop-Shop (NOSS), 7th floor, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, NAPOLCOM Building, Quezon City. A regional list will also be posted in all NAPOLCOM regional offices.
To facilitate and ensure efficient distribution and timely receipt of the examination results by the PNPE and PromEx examinees, the Certificates of Eligibility (CoE) for successful examinees or the Reports of Rating for failed examinees shall be issued by the Centra Office for mailing to the examinees using legal-size envelope.
