MANILA, Philippines – The complete list of topnotchers, or the top 10 passers, in the September 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) – Secondary Level – is expected to be released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) between December 5–19, 2025, within 53-62 working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the second regular LET board exam this year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand.

Previous Examinations
For the March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) Secondary level, Jeanlyn Guinita Colipano of Cebu Technological University (CTU)-Danao topped the board with 93.80%. Sharing the second spot at 93.60% were Sofia Cueta Atienza (UP-Diliman), Floyd Dumandan Bandalan (University of Mindanao-Tagum), Leejane Planas Cogollodo (UM-Panabo), and John Reynor Betito Pionilla (UP-Los Baños).
The September 2024 LET saw Lara Montebon Tero from Cebu Normal University leading the Secondary level with 94.60%, followed closely by Jarod Landrix Cacho Peñaflor of UP-Diliman at 94.40%.
During the March 2024 exams, Javerson Loquina of Christian Colleges of Southeast Asia secured the top spot with 92.80%, while Jose Brando Ballesteros Castro from Pangasinan State University–Bayambang placed second with 92.60%.
In the September 2023 LET, Trilbe Lizann Espina Vasquez from UP-Cebu aced the board with 94.80%, and Jaynel Evangelista Barzo of University of Southern Mindanao–Kabacan came in second with 94.40%.

Release of LET Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the September 2025 LET results will be released on December 5, 2025 (Friday), within 53 working days after the exams.
With the LET in Regions I, II, and CAR rescheduled, the PRC may also adjust the target date for releasing the exam results.
According to PRC Resolution No. 2103 s. 2025, the results of the November 2025 LET for the affected regions are set for release on December 19, 2025 (Friday).
PRC stated: "RESOLVED FINALLY, that the target release date of examination results for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers shall be on December 19, 2025."
The Summit Express also clarified on November 12 with the PRC Rating/Licensure Division if the results of the September 2025 and November 2025 LET will be released on the same date and whether the results will be combined or separate. We also asked if they will use different sets of test questions to avoid leakage.
Here is PRC's response: "The results of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) are not yet available. Kindly wait for further announcement from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) regarding the official release date. Rest assured that the PRC upholds the integrity and confidentiality of all licensure examinations. Measures are strictly implemented to prevent any form of leakage or compromise in the conduct and checking of examinations."
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
