MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will release the complete results of the September 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), including list of top performing schools and performance of schools, between December 5 and19, 2025.

PRC administered the second regular LET board exam this year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand.

The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.

Here's the performance of schools in the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":

Previous Examinations

For the March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) – Secondary level, Philippine Normal University (PNU)–Manila led the schools for the 300 or more examinees category with a 98.98% passing rate, as 390 out of 394 examinees passed. Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban followed with 86.52%, with 276 out of 319 candidates succeeding.

The September 2024 LET saw Cebu Normal University top the 300 or more examinees category with a 94.32% passing rate, as 797 out of 845 candidates passed. Benguet State University–La Trinidad came in second with 92.66%, or 303 out of 327 passers.

During the March 2024 exams, PNU–Manila again led the 300 or more examinees category, achieving a 98.96% passing rate with 381 out of 385 candidates passing. Cebu Normal University followed with 92.12% (386 out of 419), while SLSU–Lucban ranked third with 89.54% or 274 out of 306 passing.

In the September 2023 LET, University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the Secondary level with a 98.56% passing rate, as 137 out of 139 examinees passed. The University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman placed second with 97.10%, with 67 out of 69 candidates succeeding.
