MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce on December 5-19, 2025 the complete results of the September 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) – including the top performing schools and overall school performance for the Elementary level.
PRC administered the second regular LET board exam this year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand.
The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.

Previous Exam Top Schools
For the March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) – Elementary level, Bicol University–Daraga led the 100 or more examinees category with a 97.12% passing rate, as 101 out of 104 candidates passed. Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban followed with 90.98%, with 121 out of 133 examinees succeeding.
The September 2024 LET saw West Visayas State University–La Paz topping the 100 or more examinees category with a 96.40% passing rate, as 107 out of 111 candidates passed. Mariano Marcos State University–Laoag College of Education secured second place with 94.18%, or 178 out of 189 passers.
In the March 2024 exams, Cebu Technological University–Main was the top-performing school for the Elementary level in the 300 or more examinees category, achieving an 85.59% passing rate with 291 out of 340 candidates passing.
The September 2023 LET – Elementary level saw University of Santo Tomas (UST) and Cebu Technological University–Argao tie for first place with a perfect 100% passing rate, with 91 and 55 passers respectively. Philippine Normal University (PNU)–Manila ranked second with 98.20%, as 109 out of 112 examinees passed.
