MANILA, Philippines – The November 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results will be released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before November 28, 2025 (Friday), within five (5) working days after the last day of exam.
The CELE 2025 results include the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
The PRC conducted the second CELE this year on November 22 and 23, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.
The examination was originally scheduled for September 27 and 28, 2025, but was moved to a later date due to Severe Tropical Storm “Opong."
The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairman; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2099 series of 2025, the November 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results will be released on Friday, November 28, 2025, within five (5) working days after the exams.
To quote, PRC stated: "RESOLVED FINALLY, that the target release date of examination results for the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination shall be on November 28, 2025."
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
Civil Engineer board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examination
Civil Engineer board exams cover the following major subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
Previous Examinations
The April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) results were released after four (4) working days, with 4,940 passers out of 16,913 examinees. Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila topped the board with an impressive 93.00%.
For the November–December 2024 CELE, the PRC issued the results in just three (3) working days. A total of 6,835 out of 18,436 examinees passed, led by Francis Charles Pepito Lauta from the University of Cebu, who earned the highest rating of 93.25%.
The April 2024 Civil Engineer board exam results were released after four (4) working days, with 6,680 passers out of 17,010 examinees. De La Salle University–Manila’s Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines shared the top spot, both scoring 94.30%.
Meanwhile, the November 2023 Civil Engineer board exam results came out in five (5) working days. Out of 18,582 examinees, 6,180 passed. Leading the batch was Godfrey Queron Correa of Palawan State University–Puerto Princesa with a rating of 93.60%.
