MANILA, Philippines — The complete results of the October 2025 Electronics Engineer Licensure Exam (ECELE), including the list of topnotchers (top 10 passers), are released on Friday, October 24, 2025, four (4) working days after the final exam day.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) conducted the ECE licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 18 and 19, 2025.
Examination for the Electronics Technicians (ECT) was administered on October 20, 2025.

Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination, Nathaniel Padilla Dimaunahan from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman secured the top spot with a rating of 92.30%. His fellow UP-Diliman graduate, Zylm Mesa Sabater, followed closely in second place with 92.10%.
In the October 2024 Electronics Engineer board exam, Patrick John Gabuna Santisidad from UP – Diliman led the passers with a score of 91.90%, while another UP-Diliman examinee, Aaron Clark Miniano Isurita, ranked second with 90.00%.
During the April 2024 Electronics Engineer board exam, Niele Shem Geronimo Bañas from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Visayas topped the board with 91.80%. Coming in second was Joaquin Mateo Rivera Jison from UP – Diliman, who earned a rating of 91.10%.
Meanwhile, in the October 2023 Electronics Engineer board exam, Angelo Cabalu Jacobo from Bulacan State University (BulSU) – Malolos claimed the top spot with 89.80%, followed by June Lorenz Escobal Capin from Mapúa University – Manila with 87.30%.
