BLEPP RESULTS – The September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Exam results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing school and performance of schools, are released on Thursday, October 2, 2025, according to PRC Resolution.
As announced, 12,416 out of 14,275 (86.98%) passed the September 2025 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometricians (BLEPP).
The results of examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Psychometrician board exam on September 24 and 25, 2025.
Testing centers include Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
Update as of October 2, 2025, 10:30 AM: The PRC has confirmed that the results of the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination will be released today.
In a Facebook post, PRC announced: “Newest batch of future RPms… Results will be released in just a few hours! Prepare your tarpaulins as the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination results will be out within the day. You got this, future RPms!”

Target Release of BLEPP Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (BLEPP) results will be released on Thursday, October 2, 2025, within four (4) working days after the tests.
However, results are possible to be released on later date, without prior notice.
Presented below are the statistics and records of past examinations, which illustrate the trend in the release of Psychometrician board exam results.
Previous Examinations
In the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Exam, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after five (5) working days. Out of 10,717 examinees, 7,478 successfully passed.
Similarly, in the August 2023 exam, the results were also released within five (5) working days, with 6,133 passers out of 8,370 examinees.
For the February 2022 exam, the PRC took nine (9) working days to announce the results. Of the 2,241 examinees, 969 passed.
Meanwhile, in the October 2019 exam—the last before the pandemic—the results were released in just four (4) working days. Out of 10,670 examinees, 6,800 passed.
