MANILA, Philippines – The September 2025 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometrician (BLEPP) results, together with the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are expected to be released on or before October 2, 2025, within four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Psychometrician board exam on September 24 and 25, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on the same date and testing centers.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (BLEPP) results will be released on Thursday, October 2, 2025, within four (4) working days after the tests.
However, results might be released ahead of the target or on later date, without prior notice.
Registration Guidelines for Passers
PRC announced that the registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Applicants may complete their initial registration by visiting https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and following the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal.
Registration Schedule: To be announced (TBA)
Examinees who successfully passed the licensure examination are advised to prepare and bring the following requirements during their scheduled registration:
- Printed and duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two (2) passport-sized photos, colored, with white background and complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
Passers must personally appear at the PRC office to register and affix their signature in the official Roster of Registered Professionals.
The schedule and venue of the mass oathtaking ceremony for new professionals will be released at a later date, according to the PRC.
Verification of Ratings
Psychometrician board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.
Previous Exams
In the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Exam, the PRC released the results within five (5) working days. Out of 10,717 examinees, 7,478 passed. Chiqui Castro Patio of Holy Angel University secured the top spot with a rating of 88.00%.
For the August 2023 exams, PRC also announced the results after five (5) working days. A total of 6,133 out of 8,370 examinees successfully passed, with Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes of Bulacan State University–Malolos emerging as the topnotcher, scoring 89.60%.
Meanwhile, in the February 2022 exams, PRC released the results in nine (9) working days. Of the 2,241 examinees, 969 passed. Joshua James Bastro dela Cruz of Our Lady of Fatima University–Antipolo City and Iris Anne Blanco Hamada of Saint Louis University (SLU) shared the top spot, both with a rating of 83.60%.
In the October 2019 exam—the last before the pandemic—PRC released the results in just four (4) working days. Out of 10,670 examinees, 6,800 passed. Leading the list of successful examinees was Bernadette Alice Cruz Rigor of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)–Sta. Mesa, who earned a rating of 86.80%.
