MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) hailed the top performing schools in the September 2025 Psychometrician board exam (BLEPP). The complete list of performance of schools is also available here once announced online.
In the category of schools with 300 or more examinees, Saint Louis University emerged as the top-performing school with 332 passers out of 346 (95.95%). Far Eastern University (FEU)–Manila came in second with 496 passers out of 527 (94.12%).
PRC conducted the Psychometrician board exam on September 24 and 25, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
PRC also conducted the Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Exam on the same date and testing centers. The results were released immediately after the exams.

Previous Examinations
In August 2024, Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–Quezon City led the Psychometrician board exam with a 99.07% passing rate, as 107 out of 108 examinees successfully passed.
A year earlier, in August 2023, ADMU–QC also dominated the rankings with a perfect 100% passing rate, with all 78 takers making it through.
The February 2022 examination, however, produced no school that qualified for the top-performing schools list.
Looking further back, the last Psychometrician board exam before the pandemic was held in October 2019, where ADMU–QC once again secured the top spot with a 100% passing rate. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) followed in second place with 96.84% (92 out of 95 passers).
In the same October 2019 exams, ADMU–QC also earned distinction as the top-performing school with a 91.38% passing rate (53 out of 58 passers), while the University of Santo Tomas (UST) placed second with 88.02% (169 out of 192 passers).
