BLEPP Results – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September 2025 Psychologists Computer-based Licensure Exam is available here as released online on Thursday, September 25, 2025, immediately after the last day of exam.
Czarina Joy Balajadia Balbuena of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) secured the top spot with a rating of 89.95%, followed by Queenie Co Chua of Ateneo de Manila University–QC, who placed second with 89.55%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Psychology licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Palawan and Tuguegarao on September 24 and 25, 2025.
PRC also administered the Psychometrician board exam in the same test locations on the same schedule.

Previous Examinations
In the August 2024 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination, Anfernee Karl Ricamora Cuenca of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila topped the board with a rating of 88.40%, followed by Patricka Coliflores Villaseñor of De La Salle University (DLSU-Manila) with 88.10%.
For the August 2023 Psychologist Licensure Examination, Jessica Mae Ong Dee of Ateneo de Manila University – QC secured the top rank with 86.10%, while Tricia Denise Clarito Zafra of the University of the Philippines – Diliman placed second with 86.05%.
In the February 2022 Psychologist Licensure Examination, Eva Marie Panong Gacasan and Marc Clint Alesna Maceda, both from the University of San Carlos (USC), shared the top spot with identical ratings of 84.45%. They were followed by Debbie Marie Dalangin Bais of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) and Daisylet Rodriguez Patdo of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)–Main Sta. Mesa, who tied for second place with 84.40%.
During the October 2019 Psychologist Licensure Examination, Mary Christine Arreza Odtojan of Xavier University clinched the top rank with 85.10%, while Mary Grace Antonio Ang of the University of the Cordilleras came in second with 84.80%.
