BLEPP Results – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released results of September 2025 Psychology board exam, including list of top-performing schools and performance of schools.
Ateneo de Manila University–QC led the top-performing schools with a 96.97% passing rate, as 32 out of 33 examinees passed.
The University of Santo Tomas (UST) followed closely with 96.67%, or 29 out of 30 examinees making the cut.
Completing the list is the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)–Sta. Mesa, which posted a 90.91% passing rate with 30 out of 33 passers.
PRC conducted the Psychology licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Palawan and Tuguegarao on September 24 and 25, 2025.
PRC also administered the Psychometrician board exam in the same test locations on the same schedule.

Previous Exams
In the August 2024 Psychologist Licensure Examination, De La Salle University (DLSU)–Manila and Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–QC shared the top spot, both posting a 100% passing rate with 38 and 31 passers, respectively.
In the August 2023 exams, Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–QC emerged as the top-performing school with a 100% passing rate from 32 examinees. The University of Santo Tomas (UST) followed with a 93.55% passing rate, as 29 out of 31 takers passed.
During the February 2022 Psychologist Licensure Examination, Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–QC once again led the schools with a 100% passing rate, as all 21 of its examinees passed. Ateneo de Davao University ranked second with 92.31% or 24 out of 26 passers.
In the October 2019 examinations—the last before the pandemic—De La Salle University (DLSU)–Manila was recognized as the lone top-performing school, achieving a 95.24% passing rate with 20 out of 21 passers.
