MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) is available here as released on or before May 6, 2025 (Tuesday), or within four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the first CELE this year on April 28 and 29, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the November-December Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), Francis Charles Pepito Lauta from University of Cebu aced the board with 93.25%. Josh Andrew Medina Martija from University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman ranked second with 92.50%.
In the April 2024 CELE, Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines, both from De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila tied on highest spot with 94.30%. John Carlo Tamayo Furiscal from Mapua University - Manila came in second place with 93.95%.
In the November 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, Godfrey Queron Correa from Palawan State University - Puerto Princesa led the passers with 93.60%. Angelo Amoc Ramos from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Taguig ranked second with 91.95%.
In the April 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, Garret Wilkenson Ching Sia from De La Salle University - Manila and Alexis Castillo Alegado from Mariano Marcos State University - Batac topped the board with 92.10%. Reden Christian Tandoc Mercado from Saint Louis University and Casmer Blah Dilangalen from UP-Diliman tied on second place with 90.45%.

SCHEDULE OF INITIAL REGISTRATION
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
All examinees of the April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
OATH-TAKING DETAILS
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
EXAM COVERAGE
The April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) covered the following subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
