MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the results of April 2025 Civil Engineering (CE) board exam, including the top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC administered the first Civil Engineering Licensure Exam this year on April 28 and 29, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the November-December Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the schools with 93.18% or 82 out of 88 passed. Carlos C. Hilado Memorial State University - Talisay ranked second with 91.38% or 53 out of 58 passed.
In the April 2024 Civil Engineer board exams, De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila was the lone top performing school with 90.32% or 84 out of 93 passed the exams.
In the November 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, UP-Diliman led the schools with 98.55% or 68 out of 69 passed. UP-Los Baños ranked second with 96.55% or 56 out of 58 passed.
In the April 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, DLSU-Manila topped the schools with 88.99% or 97 out of 109 passed. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ranked second with 81.52% or 75 out of 92 passed.
In the November 2022 Civil Engineer board exams, UP-Diliman topped the schools with 95.45% or 105 out of 110 passed the exams. UP-Los Baños came in second place with 92.75% or 64 out of 69 passed the exams.

SCHEDULE OF INITIAL REGISTRATION
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
All examinees of the April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
OATH-TAKING DETAILS
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
EXAM COVERAGE
The April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) covered the following subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
