RESULTS: 6,935 pass; SLSU-Lucban tops May 2025 PNLE

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Wednesday, May 14, that 6,935 out of 10,770 (64.39%) passed the May 2025 Nurse Licensure Exam (NLE), or Nursing Board Exam, given by the Board of Nursing in 17 testing centers all over the Philippines.

PRC releases NLE Results today

The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

Angelica Ferrer Dator from Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban topped the PNLE with 90.00% rating. Dorisse Ann Flores Laygo from Philippine Women's University-Manila ranked second with 89.80% grade.

Meanwhile, University of Pangasinan was hailed top 1 performing school in the May 2025 nursing board exam with 99.16% passing rate (100 or more examinees category).

Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban, Eastern Samar State University - Borongan and Universidad de Zamboanga-Pagadian topped the PNLE for 50-99 examinees category, all with 100% passing rate.

PRC released results in five (5) working days after the last day of examination.

Starting June 13, 2025, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
