MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases on Friday, November 3, 2023 the results of August 20, 2023 Civil Service Exam- Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) also known as Career service examination. The complete list of passers for Subprofessional level for Region 3 (Central Luzon) is available on this page as announced online.
The CSC through Examination Advisory No. 09, s. 2023 confirmed on October 27 that results, list of passers for the August 2023 CSE-PPT for Professional and SubProfessional levels shall be posted on the CSC website by November 3, 2023.
CSC said that a total of 345,293 examinees out of 373,638 registered individuals (92.41%) took the CSE-PPT on August 20, 2023 in 95 testing centers nationwide. This comprised 304,247 examinees for the CSE-Professional Level, and 41,046 examinees for the Subprofessional Level.

Note that passing the exam would result in the conferment of Sub-professional eligibility. Sub-professional eligibility is appropriate only to first level (clerical) positions. Said eligibilities do not apply to positions that involve practice of profession or that are covered by special laws.
The CSC emphasized that eligibility is a minimum requirement along with education, experience, and training for permanent appointment to government career service positions.
CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead by December 4, 2023. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional/Field Office where the exam was taken.
Passers must personally claim their CoE. Representatives are not allowed to claim the same. Claiming of CoE shall be available approximately 30 days after the posting of the List of Passers or as indicated in the corresponding advisory of CSC.
Those who will pass should coordinate and verify first if their Certification is already available before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office. Contact numbers of the CSC office may be accessed at the CSC website.
Apart from the letterhead CoE, passers may opt to apply for CoE printed on security paper with fee by December 4, 2023.
