MANILA, Philippines – The University of the Philippines Manila College of Nursing (UPCN) has kept its perfect record in the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), with all 12 of its examinees passed the August–September 2026 examination.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) performance table, 12 out of 12 UPCN examinees passed. This gives the college a 100% overall passing rate.
The latest result extends UPCN’s longstanding record of a perfect PNLE passing rate dating back to 1948, when the college was established.
Nationwide, a total of 28,652 out of 37,359 examinees passed the August–September 2026 NLE, posting a 76.69% national passing rate, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). The results of 21 examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities.
UPCN also recorded a 100% passing rate in the November 2025 PNLE, when all 68 examinees passed.
The college marked its 78th year in 2026, continuing its long-standing role in nursing education and service.
With all 12 examinees successfully passing the latest examination, UPCN’s 100% PNLE streak remains intact.
