NLE RESULTS August-September 2026: 28,652 pass Nursing Board Exam

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, September 18, that 28,652 out of 37,359 (76.69%) successfully passed the August and September 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE), also known as the Nursing Board Exam.

The licensure examination was administered by the Board of Nursing in 26 testing centers nationwide.

The results of examinations with respect to twenty-one (21) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

Dianne Tacazon Tolentino from University of Northern Philippines- Vigan topped the PNLE with a rating of 92.20%. Clifford Jay Patoc Cafe from Ateneo de Davao University placed second with a rating of 92.00%.

The PRC released the results five (5) working days after the last day of examinations.

NLE Results August–September 2026

The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, Chairperson; Hon. Elsie A. Tee, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Hon. Mila Delia M. Llanes, Hon. Merle L. Salvani and Hon. Josefina A. Tuazon, Members.

Registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will begin on October 13, 2026, and will be conducted online.

Successful examinees are advised to register through the PRC online services portal and follow the instructions for initial registration.

Requirements for initial registration include the following:

  • Screenshot of the system-generated Registration Form
  • Valid government-issued ID

The PRC is expected to announce the schedule of oathtaking ceremonies in the coming days following the release of the examination results. Those who will attend the face-to-face ceremony must register by noon of the day prior to the scheduled oathtaking through online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees are required to print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging. Those who are unable to attend the in-person ceremony may opt to participate in an online or special oathtaking.

After the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration through the same online portal.
