PNLE RESULTS 2026 – The August 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before September 18, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC administered the second nursing board exam this year on August 29 and 30, 2026 in the cities of Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cauayan, Dumaguete (Negros Oriental), Ilocos Sur, Laguna, Lipa (Batangas), Tagbilaran (Bohol), and Urdaneta (Pangasinan).

Note: The examination in Region III, covering the San Fernando, Pampanga and Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija Testing Centers, has been rescheduled to September 11–12, 2026. Meanwhile, the second day of the examination in NCR has been moved to September 12, 2026. The rescheduling was due to adverse weather conditions and Heavy Rainfall Warnings.

Previous Examinations

In the February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), Alyanna Marie Ramos Villegas of Saint Paul University-Tuguegarao ranked first with a rating of 92.00%. Moises Alan Juntado Mahinay of the University of Mindanao-Davao City placed second with 91.20%.

For the November 2025 PNLE, Johannah Marie Gerardo Acevedo and George Wilson Tan Escordial of West Visayas State University–La Paz shared first place with a rating of 93.80%. Mariella Theony Reyes Medina of Saint Louis University and Carl Andrew Tella-in Soliva of the University of Saint La Salle tied for second with 93.60%.

Meanwhile, Angelica Ferrer Dator of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban topped the May 2025 PNLE with a rating of 90.00%. Dorisse Ann Flores Laygo of Philippine Women’s University (PWU)–Manila ranked second with 89.80%.

In the November 2024 PNLE, Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares of Cebu Normal University ranked first with a rating of 92.60%. Arianne Marie Baltero Estrella of the University of the Philippines–Manila placed second with 92.20%.

Schedule of Initial Registration

Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:

  • valid government-issued ID

Verification of Ratings

All examinees of the August 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Oathtaking Details

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

Coverage of Examinations

The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.

The five (5) parts of the NLE are the following:

  • Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
  • Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
  • Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
  • Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part B)
  • Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part C)
