MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Thursday, July 9, results of the July 2026 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE), including the list of top schools and performance of schools.
PRC and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the REALE in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao on July 7, 2026.

Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination (REALE), no school qualified for the list of top-performing schools based on the PRC's criteria.
In the July 2025 REALE, iACADEMY (formerly Information and Communications Technology Academy) emerged as the lone top-performing school after posting an 86.67% passing rate, with 26 out of 30 examinees successfully passing the examination.
During the August 2024 REALE, iACADEMY once again topped the list of top-performing schools with an impressive 97.62% passing rate (41 out of 42 passers). Holy Cross of Davao College ranked second with an 80.00% passing rate, producing 12 passers out of 15 examinees.
