MANILA, Philippines – The results of the May 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Real Estate Appraisers, together with the official list of passers and performance of schools, are released on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

The Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Exam (REALE) was given by the Board of Real Estate Service composed of Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson; Hon. Rafael M. Fajardo, Hon. Jose Arnold M. Tan and Hon. Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members.

The examination was held on May 29, 30, and 31, 2026 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

According to PRC, the conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

Release of Results

Update July 9, 2026 at 9:47AM: PRC has confirmed that REALE results will be released today.

To quote, PRC said: "Keep yourselves posted as the results of the May 2026 (SPLE) and July 2026 (Local) Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examinations (REALE) will be released soon!"

According to the PRC's advisory on the target release date of SPLE results, the results of the May 2026 SPLE for Real Estate Appraisers are scheduled to be released on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

We advise takers to regularly monitor results announcements, as the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.

Initial Registration

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Ratings

Real Estate Appraiser board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.

Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
