Release of Results
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced through Examination Advisory No. 08, s. 2026, issued on July 6, that the results of the June 2026 Fire Officer Examination (FOE) and Penology Officer Examination (POE) will be released on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
On the scheduled release date, the CSC will publish the official List of Passers on its website. The release will also include the national Top Passers for both the FOE and POE.
Verification of Rating
Both passed and failed examinees may access their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which will be available via the CSC website starting July 27, 2026.
To access their rating, examinees should prepare their Examinee Number and accurately provide the required personal information, as well as the examination details, including the date, type, and place of examination. All entries must follow the format specified in the OCSERGS portal.
Certificate of Eligibility
Successful examinees may obtain a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on the CSC's official letterhead beginning August 19, 2026. This certification is issued free of charge by the CSC Regional or Field Office where the examination was taken.
Passers may also apply for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on security paper upon payment of the prescribed fee. This option is subject to a separate application process and documentary requirements. Applicants are advised to check with their CSC Regional Office or visit the CSC website for the complete guidelines.
