MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases on Thursday, July 16, 2026, the complete results of June 2026 Fire Officer Exam (FOE), including list of passers and topnotchers.
A total of 22,211 examinees took the FOE on Sunday, June 7, 2026, across 16 testing regions nationwide. The CSC also administered the Penology Officer Examination (POE) on the same day.
The list of passers for Region 12 - SOCCSKSARGEN is available here as released online.
The CSC said that the Fire Officer Eligibility is specific and appropriate for second level ranks in the fire protection and other functionally related services. The appropriateness of this eligibility, though, does not include ranks under the Philippine National Police.

Release of Results
The CSC issued Examination Advisory No. 08, s. 2026 on July 6 confirming release of results on July 16.
To quote, CSC said: Please be advised that the List of Passers for the 07 June 2026 FOE and POE shall be posted on the CSC Website www.csc.gov.ph | Examination Results by 16 July 2026. The posting shall also include the Top Passers1 at the national level.
Passing Grade
To qualify for Fire Officer Eligibility, examinees must obtain a general rating of at least 80.00 in the examination.
Verification of Rating
Starting July 27, 2026, both passed and failed examinees may access their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), available via the CSC website.
To view their rating, examinees should prepare their Examinee Number and accurately enter the required personal information, as well as the examination details, including the date, type, and place of examination. All entries must follow the format specified in the OCSERGS portal.
Certificate of Eligibility
Successful examinees may claim a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on the CSC's official letterhead beginning August 19, 2026. The certification is issued free of charge by the CSC Regional or Field Office where the examination was taken.
Those who need a copy printed on security paper may also apply for a Certification of Eligibility upon payment of the prescribed fee. This option is subject to a separate application process and documentary requirements. Applicants are advised to check with their CSC Regional Office for the complete guidelines.
