MANILA, Philippines – The April 2026 NAPOLCOM exam results, including the complete list of passers and top 20, for Promotional Examination (Police Officer 1st Class Examination for Police Major and Police Lieutenant Colonel) will be released this June 2026, within two (2) months after the exams.
The NAPOLCOM conducted the promotional exams to 6,668 police personnel on April 19, 2026 (Sunday) in designated testing centers nationwide.

Coverage of Exams
The multiple-choice promotional examinations include general information, police administration and operations, and police customs and tradition/values and ethical standards.
It is open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility.
Those who passed the promotional exam shall be conferred eligibilities appropriate for promotion to the ranks corresponding to the examination's Eligibility Rank Coverage (ERC).
Previous Examination Results
In the October 2025 NAPOLCOM Promotional Examinations, results were released two (2) months after the test date, with 2,965 of 6,668 examinees passing, for a 44.47% passing rate.
For the April 2025 Promotional Examinations, NAPOLCOM likewise released the results after two (2) months, with 5,176 out of 8,637 examinees successfully passing, equivalent to a 59.93% passing rate.
The November 2024 Promotional Examinations also followed a two-month release timeline, producing 2,807 passers from 8,050 examinees, or a 34.87% passing rate.
Similarly, results of the June 2024 Promotional Examinations were released within two (2) months, with 4,788 of 11,828 examinees passing, translating to a 40.48% passing rate.
Availability of Results
The Nationwide list of PNPE and PromEx passers will be posted at the One-Stop-Shop (NOSS), 7th floor, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, NAPOLCOM Building, Quezon City. A regional list will also be posted in all NAPOLCOM regional offices.
To facilitate and ensure efficient distribution and timely receipt of the examination results by the PNPE and PromEx examinees, the Certificates of Eligibility (CoE) for successful examinees or the Reports of Rating for failed examinees shall be issued by the Centra Office for mailing to the examinees using legal-size envelope.
