MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) confirmed that the results of the March 8, 2026 Civil Service Exam (CSE) for Professional and SubProfessional levels will be released on between May 5 and 7, 2026, 60 days after the exam. The results will be available on the CSC website: www.csc.gov.ph.
The new official release date was announced on Thursday, April 30, 2026, via Examination Advisory No. 04, s. 2026. The advisory states:
"Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 08 March 2026 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and Subprofessional levels, will be between 05 and 07 May 2026. Accordingly, the corresponding List of Passers/Eligibles, and Top Passers2 on national level, will be posted on the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph."
Earlier, CSC had targeted May 11, 2026, as the release date, as indicated in Examination Advisory No. 02, series of 2026.
A total of 307,747 individuals took the March 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) across 95 testing centers in 16 regions nationwide.
Of those who took the examination, 279,265 (89.10%) were for the Professional level, while 28,482 (88.40%) were for the Subprofessional level.
Region IV recorded the highest number of examinees at 41,186. Other regions with significant turnout were the National Capital Region with 40,005 examinees and Region VI with 24,717.

Individual Examination Results via OCSERGS
Examinees can access their individual results, whether passed or failed, through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) starting May 18, 2026.
Examinees should have their Examinee Number ready and accurately fill in all required information, including personal details and exam specifics (date, type, and testing center) according to the indicated format. OCSERGS can be accessed here: https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/.
Certification of Eligibility (CoE) for Passers
Passers will receive a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC letterhead. Examinees should verify through CSC announcements if their CoE is available before visiting a CSC Regional or Field Office. Contact details for CSC offices can be found on the official website.
Important Notice
CSC test results, including individual ratings, are final and cannot be appealed or altered. The CSC does not conduct re-checking of exam results and does not round decimal values in ratings.
Next Civil Service Exam
The next Civil Service Exam for both Professional and SubProfessional levels is scheduled for August 9, 2026. Applications will be accepted from May 14 to June 10, 2026.
