MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, April 22, the complete results of the April 2026 Pharmacist board exam, including the lists of top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC conducted the Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE) on April 18 and 19, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

PHLE Performance of Schools
The top performing schools in the April 2026 Pharmacy Licensure Exam as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024:
The performance of schools in the April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE), University of Santo Tomas (UST) led the top-performing schools for the 100 or more examinees category with 98.99% passing rate, 197 out of 199 passed. Saint Louis University ranked second with 98.05%, 301 out of 307 passed.
During the April 2025 PhLE, Mariano Marcos State University–Batac emerged as the top-performing school with a 91.38% passing rate (53 out of 58). Southwestern University (SWU) followed with an 86.67% passing rate, with 52 out of 60 examinees successfully passing.
In the October 2024 examinations, the University of the Philippines–Manila and Adamson University shared the top spot, each posting a 100% passing rate, with 58 and 53 passers, respectively.
Similarly, in the April 2024 PhLE, Mariano Marcos State University–Batac once again topped the rankings with a 96.88% passing rate (62 out of 64), while Southwestern University secured second place with an 88.00% passing rate, as 44 out of 50 examinees passed.
