MANILA, Philippines — The University of the Philippines (UP) released the results of the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) for Academic Year (AY) 2026–2027 on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
UP President Angelo Jimenez announced that 18,350 out of 147,437 applicants (12.44%) have received admission notices, including those accepted into degree programs and those placed on the waitlist.
In a Facebook post, the UP Office of Admissions advised applicants to log in to the official results portal according to the following schedule based on the first letter of their surname:
A–F: 7:00 a.m. – 9:59 a.m.
G–M: 10:00 a.m. – 12:59 p.m.
N–S: 1:00 p.m. – 3:59 p.m.
T–Z: 4:00 p.m. – 6:59 p.m.
A–Z (open for all): 7:00 p.m. onwards
Applicants may check their results by visiting https://upcat2026results.up.edu.ph/ using the same login credentials they used during the application process.
“For concerns, contact the online helpdesk at https://bit.ly/upcat2026onlinehelpdesk,” the post added.
UP also reminded successful applicants to confirm their acceptance of the admission offer on or before May 16, 2026.
The UPCAT for AY 2026–2027 was administered on August 2 and 3, 2025 across 117 testing centers nationwide.
