PHLE RESULTS 2026 – The April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PhLE) results, including the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before April 22, 2026, within three (3) working days after the exam.

PRC administered the Pharmacy board exam on April 18 and 19, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

The members of the Board of Pharmacy who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Adelina C. Royo, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Members.

Release of PHLE Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, three (3) working days after the exams.

The release of the PhLE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the November 2025 PhLE results were released in five (5) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Registration and Oathtaking

PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: TBA

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

Pharmacist board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) will be done online.

Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.

Coverage of Examinations

Pharmacist board exam covered the following subjects: pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy and practice of pharmacy (April 18); pharmacology-pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutics and quality assurance/quality control (April 19).

Previous Examinations

In the November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results within five (5) working days. A total of 3,670 out of 4,555 examinees successfully passed. Sean Jan Diomampo Ilagan of Lyceum of the Philippines University–Batangas, Inc. topped the board with a rating of 95.47%.

Meanwhile, in the April 2025 PhLE, results were released in just two (2) working days. Out of 1,907 examinees, 1,150 passed the examination. Yasser Nursam Salahud In Rizal of Universidad de Zamboanga emerged as the topnotcher with a rating of 93.50%.

In the November 2024 PhLE, the PRC published the results after three (3) working days. A total of 2,905 out of 3,778 examinees passed. Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela of University of Santo Tomas (UST)–Legazpi, Inc. led the successful examinees with a rating of 95.47%.
