PRC releases March 2026 CELE Civil Engineering results today

CELE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Exam results today, April 7, 2026. This is in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025.

In an official statement, PRC said: “Future Registered Civil Engineers, get excited and be primed as the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination results will be released soon! Cheers and hats off to all passers and future professionals!”

The Civil Engineer (CE) board exam results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools, and schedule of registration and oath-taking.

The first Civil Engineer board exam this year was administered on March 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairperson; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.

Schedule of Registration

The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Civil Engineers and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees of the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Oath-taking details

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
