REBLE RESULTS 2026 – The April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam (REBLE) results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on April 21, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 1,863 out of 2,296 (81.14%) passed the April 2026 REBLE.
PRC and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the REBLE on April 16, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Release of REBLE Results
Update (April 21, 2026, 1:00 PM): The PRC has confirmed that the April 2026 REBLE results will be released today.
In an official statement, PRC said: “Future Licensed Real Estate Brokers, be ready as the results of the April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination will be released soon. Congratulations to the new batch of professionals!”
Previous Update
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 series 2025, the April 2026 Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam results will be released on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, or within three (3) working days after the exam.
The release of the REBLE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the April 2025 REBLE results were released in four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: Starting June 22, 2026
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
- submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee
As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Verification of Rating
All examinees of the April 2026 Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam (REBLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results four (4) working days after the examination. A total of 1,306 out of 1,741 examinees passed.
In the April 2024 REBLE, the results were released two (2) working days after the exam, with 1,306 out of 1,741 examinees successfully passing.
Meanwhile, in the April 2023 REBLE, results were also released after two (2) working days. A total of 581 out of 1,328 examinees passed the licensure examination.
