MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of the April 2026 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination (REBLE), including the list of top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC conducted the licensure exam on April 16, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE), iAcademy, Inc. (formerly Information and Communication Technology Academy) emerged as the top-performing school with a 94.29% passing rate (33 out of 35). Philippine Christian University-Manila followed in second place with 83.84% (166 out of 198).
Similarly, in the April 2024 REBLE, iAcademy, Inc. led all schools with a 94.83% passing rate (55 out of 58). The University of Cebu ranked second, posting an 80.95% passing rate (68 out of 84).
No schools qualified for the top-performing schools list in both the April 2023 and April 2022 Real Estate Broker board examinations.
In the June 2019 Real Estate Broker board exams, the University of Mindanao-Davao City topped the list with a 92.31% passing rate (12 out of 13), while Trinity University of Asia placed second with 86.67% (13 out of 15).
