MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce the results of the February 2026 Criminologist licensure examination (CLE), including the list of top performing schools and performance of schools, on or before March 13, 2026.
The PRC and the Board of Criminology administered the first Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE) this year on February 4, 5, and 6, 2026.
The exam was held in various testing centers across the country, including Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Lipa (Batangas), Nueva Vizcaya,Romblon and Naga.
Meanwhile, the third day of the examination in Butuan and Cagayan de Oro has been rescheduled to February 8, 2026, due to the expected onslaught of Tropical Storm “Basyang.”

Previous Examinations
In the August 2025 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE), Araullo University emerged as the top-performing school in the 200-or-more examinees category, posting a 92.80% passing rate with 348 out of 375 students successfully passing. University of Mindanao (UM)–Davao City followed in second place with an 88.94% passing rate, or 201 passers out of 226 examinees.
During the February 2025 CLE, University of Iloilo led the schools with an impressive 96.44% passing rate, equivalent to 271 out of 281 passers. University of the Cordilleras ranked second after recording a 91.50% passing rate, with 183 out of 200 examinees making the cut.
Earlier, in the July 2024 CLE, UM–Davao City topped the list anew with a 90.87% passing rate, producing 189 passers out of 208 examinees. University of Iloilo came in second with a closely matched 90.76% passing rate, or 216 out of 238 passers.
