MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the February 2026 Criminology Licensure Exam (CLE) is available here as released between March 9–13, 2026, 20-24 working days after the last day of exams.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Criminology administered the first CLE this year on February 4, 5, and 6, 2026 across testing centers in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Lipa (Batangas), Nueva Vizcaya,Romblon and Naga.
Meanwhile, the third day of the examination in Butuan and Cagayan de Oro has been rescheduled to February 8, 2026, due to the expected onslaught of Tropical Storm “Basyang.”

Previous Examinations
In the August 2025 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE), Stephanie Lucquiao Sajor of Araullo University–San Jose led the passers with an impressive 92.40%. She was followed closely by Jervie Keith Apas Marikit of Colegio de San Antonio de Padua, who ranked second with 92.35%.
During the February 2025 CLE, John Michael Bundalian Amio from Holy Angel University secured the top spot after earning 92.20%. Christopher Pachico of Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa placed second with a rating of 91.90%.
In the July 2024 CLE, Alyssa Eliana Nazaire Bautista of Araullo University clinched first place with 92.10%. Jericho Aguilon Suarez from the University of Mindanao–Davao City and Renier Adrian Barbacena Togño of Naga College Foundation shared second place, both garnering 91.50%.
Meanwhile, in the February 2024 CLE, Mark Angelo Hidalgo Marquez from Notre Dame of Tacurong College topped the board with 91.30%, while Angeline Sarno Ilagan of Cavite State University followed in second place with 91.15%.
