MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Wednesday, November 26, results of the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE), including the list of top schools and performance of schools.
PRC and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the REALE in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban on November 23, 2025.
Note: The REALE is typically administered once a year. However, after receiving formal requests for an additional schedule, the Board deemed the appeal timely and justified. As a result, the PRC issued Resolution No. 2069 (series of 2025) authorizing the conduct of the November 2025 REALE.

The top performing schools in the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024: WITH 15 OR MORE EXAMINEES AND WITH AT LEAST 80% PASSING PERCENTAGE
Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."
Previous Examinations
In the July 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam, iAcademy (formerly Information and Communication Technology Academy) was recognized as the lone top-performing school, achieving an 86.67% passing rate with 26 out of 30 examinees passing.
For the August 2024 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam, iAcademy again led the top-performing schools with a 97.62% passing rate (41 out of 42). Holy Cross of Davao College followed with 80.00% (12 out of 15).
In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Trinity University of Asia stood as the sole top-performing school, recording a 92.50% passing rate with 37 passers out of 40 examinees.
During the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, iAcademy earned the distinction of being the lone top-performing school with a 93.75% passing rate (15 out of 16).
