MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser board exam is available here on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination (REALE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban on November 23, 2025.
Note: The REALE is typically administered once a year. However, after receiving formal requests for an additional schedule, the Board deemed the appeal timely and justified. As a result, the PRC issued Resolution No. 2069 (series of 2025) authorizing the conduct of the November 2025 REALE.

Previous Examinations
In the July 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE), Richard Anthony Kepis Relata of Lyceum of Alabang claimed the top spot with a 92.50% rating. Mary Thea Bianca Sy Bautista of iAcademy Inc. and Christian Balgos Guspid of Trimex College, Inc. shared second place with identical ratings of 91.00%.
For the August 2024 REALE, Jennylee Villarosa Burgess of Lyceum of Alabang secured the highest rating at 91.50%. Other topnotchers included Christine Mari Espiritu Collado of Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Jerico Joshua Timola Tarroza of Lyceum of Alabang, and Zheerex Faron Villero of the University of Cebu.
In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin of Lyceum of Alabang led the examinees with a rating of 91.50%. Fellow Lyceum candidate Trisha Amber Tan Ong Hian Huy followed in second place with 90.50%.
During the September 2022 board exam, Lalaine Chua Kawsek of Trinity University of Asia topped the list with 89.00%, while Shirley Silva Mazon, also from Trinity–QC, secured second place with 88.00%.
