CBLE RESULTS — The full results of November 2025 Customs Brokers Licensure Exam (CBLE), including the list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, November 20, 2025, two (2) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 2,238 out of 3,078 (72.71%) passed the November 2025 CBLE.
Carlos Jophet Dicdican Enopia of Philippine Christian University–Manila secured the top spot with a rating of 95.00%, while Ram Christian Almeron Gimeno of Holy Cross of Davao College followed in second place with 94.25%.
Mabalacat City College led the schools with an impressive passing rate of 97.06%, as 66 out of 68 examinees successfully passed. Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU)–Manila followed in second place, with 63 out of 69 examinees passing, yielding a 91.30% passing rate.
The Commission conducted the CBLE on November 17 and 18, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Cebu, Lucena, and Davao.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the Customs Brokers Licensure Exam (CBLE) results will be released on Thursday, November 20, 2025, two (2) working days after the exams.
Update (November 20, 2025 — 4:22 PM): The PRC has confirmed that the CBLE results will be released today.
PRC stated: "Stay tuned as the results of the November 2025 Customs Brokers Licensure Examination will be released within the day! Future Licensed Customs Brokers, you got this!"
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for the new customs brokers will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration:Starting December 22, 2025
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Verification of Rating
The Customs Brokers board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day exam covered the following subjects: customs law, rules, regulations, ethics and customs broker practices, customs documentation, clearance and procedures (Day 1) and tariff law, rules and regulations and internal trade, classification and practical computations (Day 2).
Previous Examinations
The November 2024 Customs Brokers Licensure Examination (CBLE) results were released after three (3) working days, with 1,265 out of 2,871 examinees passing. Adamson University emerged as the top-performing school, posting an 82.22% passing rate as 37 out of its 45 candidates succeeded.
For the November 2023 Customs Broker board exam, the PRC likewise released the results in three (3) working days. Of the 2,767 takers, 1,579 passed. Adamson University once again led the top-performing schools with an 85.71% passing rate or 54 passers out of 63 examinees.
In the November 2022 Customs Broker board exam, the PRC published the results in just two (2) working days. A total of 873 out of 1,879 examinees passed. Batangas State University – Batangas City was recognized as the lone top-performing school after achieving an 82.86% passing rate, with 58 of its 70 candidates passing.
