MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released today the list of top performing schools and performance of schools in the November 2025 Customs Broker board exam.
Mabalacat City College led the schools with an impressive passing rate of 97.06%, as 66 out of 68 examinees successfully passed.
Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU)–Manila followed in second place, with 63 out of 69 examinees passing, yielding a 91.30% passing rate.
PRC conducted the Customs Broker Licensure Exam (CBLE) on Monday and Tuesday, November 17 and 18, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Cebu, Lucena, and Davao.

Previous Examinations
In the November 2024 Customs Brokers Licensure Exam (CBLE), Adamson University emerged as the lone top-performing school with an impressive 82.22% passing rate, as 37 out of 45 examinees succeeded.
During the November 2023 Customs Broker board exam, Adamson University once again led the list with an 85.71% passing rate, where 54 of its 63 candidates made the cut. Batangas State University – Batangas City followed closely with an 81.41% passing rate or 127 passers out of 156 examinees.
In the November 2022 Customs Broker board exam, Batangas State University – Batangas City stood as the lone top-performing school after posting an 82.86% passing rate, with 58 out of 70 candidates passing.
For the November 2021 Customs Broker board exam, no school met the criteria to qualify as a top-performing institution.
In the November 2019 exam, the International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP) earned the distinction of being the lone top-performing school with an 80.56% passing rate as 58 out of 72 examinees passed.
