MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2025 Chemical Engineering (ChemEng) board exam is available on this page as released on Friday, November 21, 2025, immediately after the last day of examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Chemical Engineer licensure exam (ChELE) computer-based exam on November 19, 20, and 21, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga and Rosales.

In the May 2025 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination, Patricia Isabel Rebancos Soriano of De La Salle University–Manila led the batch with a rating of 88.60%. Aaron Paul dela Cruz Infante from the University of the Philippines–Visayas, Iloilo City, placed second with 88.50%.
For the November 2024 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination, Kenn Rovikk Estacio Logdat of the University of the Philippines–Diliman topped the board with 90.90%, followed closely by Jeremie John Perigo Venteroso from the University of Mindanao, Davao City, who secured second place with 90.50%.
In the May 2024 Chemical Engineers board exams, Miguel Siapno Bungalon of the University of the Philippines–Los Baños (UPLB) achieved the highest score of 87.30%, while Patrick Jay Buenviaje Garcia from Mapua University ranked second with 85.90%.
During the October 2023 Chemical Engineers board exams, Robby Andre Tan Ching of De La Salle University–Manila topped the board with 90.00%, and Jude Nathan Tenedero Montallana of the University of the Philippines–Diliman came in second with 87.90%.
