MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, November 21, the results of the November 2025 Chemical Engineer board exam, which include the top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC administered the Chemical Engineer licensure exam (ChELE) computer-based exam on November 19, 20, and 21, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga and Rosales.

Here's the performance of schools in the November 2025 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":
Previous Examinations
In the May 2025 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, the University of the Philippines–Los Baños (UPLB), De La Salle University (DLSU)–Manila, and the University of the Philippines–Visayas, Iloilo City, shared the top spot with a 100% passing rate, producing 32, 23, and 23 passers, respectively. The University of the Philippines–Diliman followed in second place with a 95.83% passing rate, as 23 out of 24 examinees passed.
For the November 2024 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, the University of the Philippines–Diliman, De La Salle University–Manila, and the University of the Philippines–Visayas, Iloilo City, again tied for the highest ranking with a 100% passing rate, registering 56, 28, and 21 passers, respectively. The University of the Philippines–Los Baños (UPLB) secured second place with a 96.55% passing rate, as 56 out of 58 examinees passed.
In the May 2024 Chemical Engineer board exams, UP–Diliman and DLSU–Manila tied for the top spot with a perfect 100% passing rate, producing 28 and 11 passers, respectively. Cagayan State University–Tuguegarao ranked second with a 92.59% passing rate, as 25 out of 27 examinees passed.
During the October 2023 Chemical Engineer board exams, UP–Diliman led the schools with a 100% passing rate, with all 62 of its examinees passing. UP–Los Baños followed in second place with a 96.43% passing rate, as 27 out of 28 examinees passed.
