MANILA, Philippines – The October 2025 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) or Medicine board exam results, including full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released on Thursday, October 16, 2025, four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
Kharam Baricaua Molbog of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) secured the top spot in the board exam with an impressive rating of 91.17%.
Following closely, Eris Orlan Sto. Domingo Muñoz of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) placed second with a rating of 90.67%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the second Physician board exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2025.

In the March 2025 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE), Adrian Eleazar Go from Cebu Institute of Medicine (CIM) secured the top spot with a rating of 87.75%, followed by Joseph Benjamin Shea Perez from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with 87.25%.
In the October 2024 PLE, Isaac Edron Jones Orig from Davao Medical School Foundation ranked first with an impressive 89.33%, while Rolter Lorenz Mispeñas Lee from UST came in second with 89.25%.
Meanwhile, in the April 2024 PLE, Christopher Niño Duane Camay Mendoza from Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine, Inc. topped the board with a score of 89.25%. He was closely followed by Edison Yu Ong from UST, who placed second with 89.08%.
For the October 2023 PLE, Justin Riley Yap Lam from Cebu Institute of Medicine led the passers with a rating of 89.00%, while Miguel Enrique Singson Roa from the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health secured second place with 88.58%.
