OLE RESULTS 2026 – The October 2026 Optometrist Licensure Exam (OLE) results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, October 15, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.
The PRC conducted the Optometrist Licensure Examination (Written) in Manila, Cebu, and Davao on September 28–30, 2026, followed by the Practical Examination in Manila on October 5–9 and 12, 2026.
Meanwhile, the Ocular Pharmacologists Special Certification Licensure Examination (OPSCLE) was administered in Manila, Cebu, and Davao on September 28, 2026.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the October 2026 Optometrists Licensure Examination results will be released on Thursday, October 15, 2026, three (3) working days after the series of exams.
The release of the OLE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the October 2025 OLE results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Verification of Ratings
Optometrist board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
The theoretical examinations covered the following:
- Day 1: Ocular pharmacology, ocular and visual biology, clinical optometry, and specialty areas of optometry
- Day 2: Physiological optics, binocular vision and perception, primary care, and refraction
- Day 3: Ocular diseases, ocular emergencies, ethics, jurisprudence, practice management, theoretical and practical optics, and ophthalmic dispensing, including contact lenses
Previous Examinations
In the October 2025 Optometrists Licensure Examination (OLE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after four (4) working days. A total of 393 out of 415 examinees passed. Manila Central University–Caloocan City was the top-performing school, recording a 100.00% passing rate with all 55 examinees passing. Sienna Rose Lobo Mabuti of Centro Escolar University (CEU)–Manila topped the examination with a rating of 91.16%.
In the October 2024 OLE, the PRC announced the results after three (3) working days, with 297 out of 327 examinees passing. Manila Central University–Caloocan City again emerged as the top-performing school, posting a 98.15% passing rate, with 53 out of 54 examinees passing. Danielle Ramboyong King of CEU–Manila led the examinees with a rating of 88.87%.
For the October 2023 Optometrists Board Exam, the results were released after four (4) working days. Of the 226 examinees, 153 passed. Southwestern University (SWU) was the sole top-performing school, achieving an 88.89% passing rate, with 32 out of 36 examinees passing. Solana Libertad Co Cua, representing a foreign university, topped the examination with a rating of 90.51%.
