BLEPP Results September 2025 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 12,416 out of 14,275 (86.98%) examinees successfully passed the Psychometricians Licensure Examination (BLEPP) administered by the Board of Psychology in September 2025.
The results of examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The examination was conducted under the supervision of the Board of Psychology, chaired by Hon. Miriam P. Cue, with Hon. Hector M. Perez as member.
PRC released the results four (4) working days after the last day of exams.

Among schools, Saint Louis University emerged as the top performing school with a passing rate of 95.95% (332 out of 346 passed). Far Eastern University (FEU)-Manila followed in second place with 94.12% (496 out of 527 passed).
Dandean Lago Bernabe of the University of San Jose-Recoletos secured the top spot with a rating of 90.00%, followed by Johnsel Malayao Torre of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas with 89.60%.
Registration and Oathtaking
Starting Starting October 30, 2025, the registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online.
Applicants are advised to visit www.prc.gov.ph and follow the instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- Duly accomplished and downloaded Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two (2) passport-size pictures (colored, white background, with complete name tag)
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
Successful examinees must personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue of the oathtaking ceremony for the new passers will be announced at a later date.
Highest Passing Rate in the Past Decade
The September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Exam recorded an impressive 86.98% passing rate—the highest in the last ten years.
By comparison, the average passing rate over the past decade stood at only 54.51%.
