MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2025 Criminologist board exam or Criminology Licensure Exam (CLE) is available here as released online on Friday, September 12, 2025, or within 26 working days from the last day of exams.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of August 1-3, 2025 CLE which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide.
Test locations include Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Kidapawan.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the February 2025 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE), John Michael Bundalian Amio of Holy Angel University secured the top spot with a rating of 92.20%, followed closely by Christopher Pachico of Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa with 91.90%.
For the July 2024 exams, Alyssa Eliana Nazaire Bautista of Araullo University emerged as the topnotcher with 92.10%. Sharing second place were Jericho Aguilon Suarez of the University of Mindanao – Davao City and Renier Adrian Barbacena Togño of Naga College Foundation, both earning 91.50%.
In February 2024, Mark Angelo Hidalgo Marquez of Notre Dame of Tacurong College led the board with 91.30%, while Angeline Sarno Ilagan of Cavite State University came in second with 91.15%.
The August 2023 examinations saw Jericson Balaba Jalagat of Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College – Marbel take the top rank with 90.15%. Second place went to Kimberly Estrera Dayagro of Taguig City University with 88.80%.
Earlier, in April 2023, Kenneth Olbita dela Torre of Naga College Foundation topped the board with 89.00%, with Christine Jewell Santiago Ronda of Bulacan State University–Malolos following in second place at 88.80%.
