MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2025 Guidance Counselor board exam is available here as released on August 7, 2025, immediately after the exam.
PRC conducted the computer-based licensure exam on Wednesday and Thursday, August 6 and 7, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Lucena, and Rosales.

In the August 2024 Guidance Counselor board exam, Jara Alysa Moselina Sibal from Alliance Graduate School, Inc. - Quezon City led the passers with 90.35%. Jene Lianica Corpus Arcega from Holy Angel University (HAU) ranked second with 90.00%.
In the August 2023 Guidance Counselor board exam, Justine Grace Ramos Loteria from Asian Theological Seminary-Quezon City topped the board with 90.90%. Alyzza Louize Valenzuela Malibiran from Philippine Normal University - Manila ranked second with 88.40%.
In the August 2022 Guidance Counselor board exam, Ryan Michael Flores Oducado from West Visayas State University - La Paz topped the board with 89.25%. April Jane Sabales Sibulo from University of Nueva Caceres came in second place with 89.05%.
In the August 2019 Guidance Counselor board exams, Leslie Doris Maribbay Divina from Saint Mary's University topped the board with 89.80%. Charissa Camille Miranda Lansangan from Holy Angel University followed with 89.55%.
