MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Wednesday, July 2, the results of June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Civil Engineers. View on this page the complete list of passers, top 10 and performance as announced online.
As announced, 46 out of 187 (24.6%) successfully passed the June 2025 SPLE for Civil Engineers.
The special CE board exam was given by the Board of Civil Engineering composed of Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairman; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.
The examination was held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore and Taipei, Taiwan last June 6 and 7, 2025 (Friday and Saturday).
According to PRC, the conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

The performance of schools in the June 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (SPLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
EXAMINATION COVERAGE
The CE board exam in Middle East, Singapore, and Taiwan tackled the following subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to the PRC's advisory on the target release date, the results of the June 2025 SPLE for Civil Engineers are scheduled to be released on July 2, 2025.
We advise takers to regularly monitor result announcements, as the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
