MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will name soon the top performing schools in the July 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE). The full list of performance of schools is available here as released between July 25 and 30, 2025, or within three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the REALE in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban on July 22, 2025..

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the August 2024 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam, Information and Communication Technology Academy (iacademy) topped the schools with 97.62% or 41 out of 42 passed. Holy Cross of Davao College ranked second with 80.00% or 12 out of 15 passed.
In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Trinity University of Asia was the lone top performing school with 92.50% passing rate or 37 out of 40 passed.
In the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, iacademy was the lone top performing school with 93.75% or 15 out of 16 passed.
In the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser exam, Cronasia Foundation College, Inc. and New Era University named as top 1 performing schools with 100% passing rate. Trinity University of Asia followed with 85.71%.
