MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the July 2025 Real Estate Appraiser board exam is available here as expected to be released online between July 25, 2025, or within three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination (REALE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban on July 22, 2025.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the July 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination are the following:

In the August 2024 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE), Jennylee Villarosa Burgess from Lyceum of Alabang secured the top spot with an impressive rating of 91.50%. Also among the topnotchers are Christine Mari Espiritu Collado of Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Jerico Joshua Timola Tarroza from Lyceum of Alabang, and Zheerex Faron Villero of the University of Cebu.
In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin from Lyceum of Alabang topped the board with 91.50%. Trisha Amber Tan Ong Hian Huy, also from Lyceum of Alabang, ranked second with 90.50%.
In the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Lalaine Chua Kawsek from Trinity University of Asia led the passers with 89.00%. Shirley Silva Mazon, also from Trinity-QC, ranked second with 88.00%.
In the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Juliefe Pepito Cuenca from University of Cebu aced the board with 90.50%. John Mark Vincent Gianan from Gardner College Diliman, Inc. followed with 90.00%.
