RME Passers: April 2022 Registered Master Electrician board exam result

MANILA, Philippines – The April 2022 Registered Master Electrician (RME) board exam results, including the full list of passers, are released online on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 or in three (3) working days after the exam.

As announced, 1,717 out of 3,712 (46.26%) passed the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electrical Engineering conducted the RME in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on April 28.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS

On June 13-17 and June 20-24, 2022, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS

Electrical Engineering board exam verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online. Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this can be available in few days after the exam.

RELEASE OF RESULTS

According to PRC Resolution No. 1439 s. 2021, the target release of results for the recent RME board exam is on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 or in three (3) working days after the series of exams.

However, results may be released ahead or on later date without prior notice.

PREVIOUS EXAMS

In the September 2021 RME board exams, PRC released results after seven (7) working days. The agency listed 1,506 out of 2,233 who passed the exams.

In the last RME board exams before the pandemic (September 2019), PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 2,634 out of 4,424 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the exams.

In the April 2019 exams, results were out in three (3) working days. PRC named 2,093 out of 3,728 Registered Electrical Engineers.
