MANILA, Philippines – The April 2022 Midwifery or midwives board exam results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools are released on Tuesday, April 12 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 733 out of 1,559 (47.02%) passed the exams.

PRC conducted the second Midwife licensure exam during the pandemic on April 6 and 7 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination are Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Remy B. Dequiña, Lolita I. Dicang, Rhodora L. Lopez and Lerma M. Valenzuela, Members.

From May 10 to May 13, 2022, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Midwife board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The two-day midwives board exam covered the following subjects: obstetrics, fundamentals of health care, infant care and feeding (April 6) and primary health care and professional growth and development (April 7).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1439 s. 2021, the target release of Midwife board exam results is after four (4) working days from the last day of exam or on April 13 (Holy Wednesday).
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the November 2021 Midwife Licensure Examination, PRC announced results after four (4) working days. A total of 908 out of 1,774 passed the exams. Yesa Papa Garganera from Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital School of Midwifery topped the board with 89.80%.
In the November 2019 midwifery board exam, PRC announced results after three (3) working days. A total of 1,068 out of 2,219 passed the exams.Mhenrada Kulayan Bandahala, also from Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital School of Midwifery, led the passers with 90.95%.
In the April 2019 Midwife exams, results were also released in 3 working days. A total of 460 out of 1,416 passed the exams. Melanie May Misal Cuba and Thinkerbell Maranan Lafuerte, both from Mabini College-Daet, aced the board with 88.80%.

- notice of admission (for identification only)
